Our interactive social networking platforms solve this challenge by letting mobile users connect with groups of peers via messenger app or SMS. Through a secure interface, project staff set up and manage messaging groups based on locations or topics of interest. Community members can then sign up for groups, and send questions or comments in real time. Expert mentors can also be added to groups, acting as moderators and trusted providers of advice. Create a custom platform for you: Choose your language, layout, and features. Integrate the platform with your own website or database. Create multiple ‘platform manager’ accounts.
Connect your platform to messenger apps and mobile networks. Set up shortcodes (short phone numbers like “5050”) that let users access your platform by mobile messenger (WhatsApp, Viber), SMS, USSD or audio. Manage all text/audio credit purchase.
Train your staff (remotely or in-country) on managing the platform. Create user manuals for your team.
Design an outreach strategy for promoting your platform/polls to mobile users in local communities.
Host your platform on dedicated servers in the US. Or we’ll install software on your own servers.
Provide technical support in English, French, or Arabic 7 days a week.

What You’ll Need

To make your Souktel-built platform a success, all you’ll need is the following:

One part-time staff member to manage the platform. No IT knowledge needed!
Internet connection in your main office, if you’d like to manage the platform online. Interactive networking platforms can also be managed from any mobile handset, through moible web or SMS commands; no need to buy new hardware.
